Dwelling in the Word is a special kind of Bible Study that goes something like this:
It's a very simple form of Bible study, and one great thing about it is that it is meaningful for everyone, no matter your level of experience with Bible study. Beginners and experts can share their ideas together. Another great thing about it was that you don't have to attend every session -- each time we gather we start anew, so just come and try it out!
Bring a Bible if you like, or use one of the ones we have at the church. You don't need to bring anything except an inquiring mind.

Thursdays from 10:00 AM - 12:00 noon
POP Seekers is the name for the “coffee hour and study group” that gets together every Thursday morning during the school year, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. They share some great fellowship with one another, and also spend time learning together.
On September 10, we will celebrate our “homecoming” and welcome anyone who may be joining us for the first time. This will be a wonderful opportunity to share ideas for POPS gatherings in the future. Our immediate focus will be on a six-part program entitled “Reading the Old Testament through Jewish Eyes” from September 17 through October 22. The study was written by Rabbi Evan Moffic who has a passion for sharing Judaism and its traditions with Christian audiences. A short video will accompany each session in which Rabbi Moffic explores the Torah, the first five books of the Hebrew Bible, and highlights points of interest to Christians. He describes the role of the Torah in Jewish worship and practice and explores the key themes of each book guided by the wisdom of Jewish interpreters through the centuries. During the six sessions we will also be reading various passages and discussing how the Torah can be a source of wisdom, truth and transformation in our lives today. If you have any questions, please contact the church office for more information.
