Stewardship Campaign Announcement Letter
Greetings in the Lord. We write you today filled with the promises of God as we trust in his goodness. We hope that you can take the time to read this letter and prayerfully consider your participation.
Our Stewardship Campaign this year is entitled “The ImPOSSIBLE Promise of Enough”. Did you notice the way we wrote ImPOSSIBLE? It's because there are so many things in our life that seem impossible, and yet the promise of God is that through Christ, all these things are indeed POSSIBLE! Participate in the campaign to find out more!
Our campaign will begin on January 12th and end with a fellowship gathering on February 9th. Below are the themes for each week that Pastor will share a sermon talking about God’s promises. We will also have guest speakers to help us understand how our promises in ministry are making a difference.
Week 1/ January 12th- “The promise of Provision”
Week 2/ January 19th- “The promise of Resources”
Week 3/ January 26th- “The promise of Rest”
Week 4/February 2nd- “The promise of Enough” (Commitment Sunday)
Week 5/ February 9th- “The promise of Liberation” (Thank You Celebration Gathering)
Week 4 is also Commitment Sunday when we are asking all members of the congregation to consider the possibility of growing their financial giving. You will receive another mailing in a few weeks to let you know more about this important day and answer the question, Why continue to grow in trusting God’s goodness.
